Adopters must provide a safe, loving home and comply with all local animal ownership regulations. You are responsible for understanding and meeting all travel and import requirements for your country.

Vacadopt is a platform connecting parties but is not responsible for the actions of rescuers or adopters. We are not liable for any issues arising from adoptions, including animal health, behavior, or travel complications.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Selling animals for profit or commercial breeding purposes
• Misrepresenting animal health, temperament, or history
• Using the platform for animal fighting, abuse, or neglect
• Fraud, scams, or misrepresentation of identity

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activities.
